They aren't all cannibals. I think it's rare to see that. This is only the second time I've seen cannibalism.

EL/Vit 'treat' for chooks today.

I did that this morning along with a probiotic spike. And I'm back to fermenting about 1/2 of their total feed intake.
Poop boards looked great before cleaning this morning. This is the second largest advantage to using them. So easy to see what's going on.

Morning and thanks for the hot coffee! DL, I am glad things went well at the docs and lunch.
20F at my house @ 5:30ish and over the ridge on the drive to town, -9F. That is just a mile or so away... Crazy! I hope it stays over there!

Our mice and rats are cannibalistic if you do not clear the traps immediately.

I soak it up with rolled oats, to avoid wattle dippage.

Works just as well in a Flock Raiser mash/ferment. Just sayin'.
