They had fun at the ones we could let them out at. We took a long walk on the Sugar River Trail. It was so relaxing and peaceful with the river flowing past. I'd love to live near something like that. I'd be there every day.

No. I did, however, clear off the table. That was a much more time consuming endeavor.

Today is salsa day. Make, cook down, can. Tomorrow, I'll can what's left of the tomatoes I bought. Then put the canner away until it's applesauce time.

There was a wooden covered bridge a few miles downriver from us. An errant firework burned it down. They've rebuilt it, but I haven't gone to see it yet. Dunno why.

Got a double yolker(I think) from one of the brahma pullets yesterday.
