Would you believe we had another set of twins last night? Seems so strange, but I'm sure there is some kind of explanation. I did read about lean cows on good feed during breeding season having a higher chance of releasing two eggs. Maybe that's what happened.

It seems my chickens are taking their winter strike quite seriously. Though, I can't blame them! I'd like to go on strike in the winter, as well

Another warm day here, ~40° yesterday and today, should be able to further repair the holes dug by stuck tractor.
Thinks the brahmas are lording it over the other girls, they rule the floor when I go in to do chores.

My best friend had a job interview yesterday. She starts on Jan 31st, and will be paid $1.75 more than her current job!

I really hope this job fits her well. She's been getting jerked around at her current place. I want to see what she looks like happy.

In today's market, time to start looking for another job. And if there are ones out there you might like, but you like the current one too, mention to the boss that there are other opportunities that will make your life more affordable and 7 years without a raise isn't an incentive to stay with him.

Skittles doesn't need a rabies shot JMHO

Not to be rude PannyJo but your opinion doesn't matter. State law dictates rabies vaccination frequency. Rabies is the only required pet vaccine in VT. Don't know about dogs because we have none but there is the option of a 1 year and a 3 year vaccine for cats.
