Maggie had a fourth seizure yesterday afternoon. This was only the second that E has dealt with. It really freaked her to the point of saying, "If we can't control this, I don't know how long I can put her through it." We'll keep working at resolving this. Today Maggie is in her post seizure manic phase. Yesterday she was understandably exhausted - me too.

Our Starlink is up and running. It was pretty easy to set up and I have internet during the day. I can post some of our speeds if anyone is interested.

Got the garden watered (so it will rain), stuff picked up, put away, washed, dried, packed. Gotta load the car and... not sure what else.

A neighbor is taking care of the chickens while we're gone. I had a long sit in the run this afternoon, chatting with them. I have never left them before, so this is nerve wracking for me. I'm sure the neighbor will do fine, and I'm a call/text away if she needs help. There are two sources of chicken help on either side of her too.

I would NOT be going except that it's for a wedding. The beans are starting to come on, I have a tomato starting to turn, and it's been so dry that I've watered 2-3x a week. I told DH if it weren't Julie getting married, he'd be going alone. I just wish she still lived in Sparta, MI, not Maine.

We'll be back next Monday.
