BYC Café

a Ford 100 three on the tree.
Had one of those a '71...also a '68 chevy caprice with three on the tree, that thing was a BOAT!

Got up to near 70 this afternoon, got some vegetation cut down and opened some windows.

I don't think we hit 60 here. Very overcast, gloomy, cool.

Hopefully the rain holds off tomorrow so that we have time to move woodchip hill. It's all going up on the heavy soil garden. DH is helping with the Jeep and trailer, so I hope the weather cooperates.

Made a cake this afternoon.
more than one way to make a cake.

Supposed to rain all day for the next 3 days. High's in the mid 50's.

They are repaving my road, they changed up the shoulders this week,
and curious and a bit worried about how the rain is going to come down my driveway.

Good morning Cafe. Coffee is ready.

The local Blaze King dealer wouldn't sell the gasket for my cat. So I ordered one. It won't be here until Tuesday. Lots of cold damp weather until then. I used the oven to take the chili off the air yesterday.

They want to come out and (up)charge you part and install, right?
Ding ding ding ding ding.
It's all about the money.
So far, the house is not bad at all. I've just got on long pants and a sweater and I'm very comfortable. Hopefully it stays this way until I can get the stove ready. I ordered enough gasket material for another change and will always have an extra one on hand from now on.
I got a call from the Homesteads this morning that DH woke up coughing pretty bad and his blood pressure is slightly elevated so I'm taking him to a walk-in today.
