Our TSC only had Cornish X and BB white poults. All the layers and ducks were long gone.

They should get more in.

All the ducks I've seen there have NOT been day olds, and they've all been straight run. Maybe no one wants to take a chance on drakes.

This might not be They Year of the Duck at the local TSC.

Working on the original goat pasture now. Hubby chopped up dead pine trees, and i prepared burn pits. Removed the leaves and sticks all around . I wanted to burn this evening, but wind was gusty. So it will wait.

I'm waiting for a few dry days to make some headway with a pile of scrap wood and brush that needs burning.

There will be melting! There will be mud! There will be space for the Spring snows!
