Could you separate Fabio and her together with maybe one other Oldie to spend their old age in peace while leaving the younger ones with a new but well socialised cockerel?

Not really an option with the way everything is set up. I may keep one cockerel and see how it goes.
The alternative would be to rehome Remi with one of the pullets to an all-female flock to give her a permanent break from being the object of every male chicken's affection.

Unfortunately I'm away from home - this warning came up out of nowhere so I'm just hoping it all goes okay...
