Good morning cafe! It’s another cold (for here) day today and I get to wear a sweater! Hope everyone’s coffee is hot and fresh!

Good morning, all sorry for my absence but a lot of family and outside work had to be catch up with.
Thanks for the coffee it's well needed on this cold Monday morning, came into the office and that's even harder LOL.
Looks like we will have some baby chicks around 15 weeks

We finished off the stuffing and mashed potatoes tonight. There is still some turkey, cranberries and sweet potatoes left. Oh, and one “Chelsea” roll that DIL made. They’re like a Thanksgiving meal rolled up in a roll like you would make cinnamon rolls. These had shredded turkey, stuffing and cranberries in them. Super good, fresh out of the oven! Haven’t tried reheating yet.

I've had this for 4 days in a row. The widow across the street is constantly feeding me! I can't complain as she is a great cook. I had her Thanksgiving dishes Thursday and Friday and my sister's Saturday and Sunday.

I didn't have any turkey day food stuffs this year.

In past years I've eaten them for days on end, at least until the gravy's gone.
Had some Canadian friends that would bring me a plate in October too.


Mid 20's and breezy, more snow later today.
Got about an inch of snow, now icy underneath.
I should go get feed today but am going to wait until tomorrow.

Hubby's on his last pill in his prescription, so we called the pharmacy and it took 3 (!) tries to get through to an actual person. No, they don't do auto-refill and text you when it's ready anymore. Yes, you have to call it in every time now.


They are driving everyone to use apps and not bother them anymore. Just like the self serve checkout lines in their grocery store.

I do not like this trend at all. I'm screwed and stuck with it.
