I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was good, but way too short. GD had a dance recital yesterday. What a difference a few months can make. She had her first one in April. She stood there and cried the whole time. Yesterday she had a smile on her face, danced, and looked like she was thoroughly enjoying herself. When it was over, she came running over to us with the biggest grin I have seen in a long time.

Morning all!

When I woke up at 2:30 it was raining and just before FH left for work it was SNOWING. Only ended up with a dusting of it so nothing major and it's almost 40 here now so of course it's going to melt but hey it was the first SNOWfall of the season.
Later on this week going to start my Christmas baking so FH can take them in next week to his co-workers

Just in case no one is counting! LoL

I am up late and it is just as well. It's still to cold outside in the coops for human survival here in the south. This may be a 3 cup morning.

Good morning and thanks for the hot coffee! Yesterday, the winds were howling ~60mph, but they warmed the temp up to around freezing and my GS and GD came up with DS@ to go sledding. DH was waiting for today to move the 10 inches or so of new snow off the driveway, so now there are a couple of wicked fast sled runs down it. As the day advanced and the wind continued to blow, it created a few drift jumps in the runs that were a blast. We even got DH to go down the hill once.
There were tired and happy children that left here and I slept well! I bet there will be a few choice words and declarations (that will be ignored) when DH attempts to clear the driveway today...

Boy did I ever!
Things between HTG and I got very H yesterday. Nothing caught fire but sparks were flying everywhere and smoke could be seen the next county over.
I'm in trouble there...

I did manage to pull my head back out of the clouds and adult today long enough to finally get the dry pack finished!

Gray and dreary here today...matches my mood.
But lots of sun in the 10 day, even tho I won't be out in it, eases the blues to see blue skies out my windows.
