BYC Café

Wishing everyone well with their trials and tribulations in the medical realm. It's a daily event for us and is a new way of life. Feeling like we will soon be a 6 Million Dollar Couple that a show could me made from.

Good Morning everyone and may you have a good day ahead with good coffee and maybe a donut.

All good things must come to an end. The dogs have been great. 9 days into their visit, and the pup has peed in the house once and pooped twice. Jeter has been a gem. Did I mention that Jeter has one really bad habit in that she is extremely food driven? Elaine went to town, and I went to the club. The pup was in her pen, and Jeter had free reign of the house as she has had for the last nine days. Jeter opened the garbage can and somehow accessed the inside - it is pedal opened. Guess she thought that was a great start if she was going to be in trouble so she somehow opened the cupboard and ate: an untouched cranberry pound cake, a partially eaten apple pie, and a partial box of peanut butter Tandy Cakes. She is properly contrite, but I don't think she needs supper tonight. :barnie:barnie

Is that the one you said you would take in a heartbeat?

I'd have made mine barf that up if they did that to me. I'd be worried about all the sugar and fat shocking the system.

Piper got into similar trouble. Bella opens the cellar door on occasion and Piper comes running like it's a dinner bell.

I noticed not too long ago that her poop changed. Much more of it and soft. I discovered that she found my bag of fish food in the basement, knocked it over and had been gorging herself on it.

Shortly after that, she stole 1/2 my breakfast frittata and a handful of fresh blueberries!! :rant

I'm watching her closely, and so far so good. She has survived far worse food encounters in her history including 5 folks worth of Easter chocolate.

I did that today and NO I'm NOT happy with how it all turned out but it's still YUMMY!!!!
