We just got back from a wonderful lunch out with a former coworker and her girlfriend. It's the first time we've met her, and we like her a lot.

Excellent company, excellent food, and they played 70s music in the restaurant. I could have sung along to every single song. All the tunes, all the lyrics.

Good Afternoon, Cafe’!

After two days of fairly steady rain Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, and clouds all day yesterday, it’s snowing today. Big fluffy flakes, just drifting down. It’s pretty. Just got back from town. I got my hair cut, then went to lunch with my friend/neighbor/hair dresser. We live a mile apart, have been friends since I moved out here, and the only time we get a chance to catch up is once a month when I go to her salon. We got to catch up for 2 1/2 hours today. It was nice!
