Yeah, I worked in shipping. Every now and then, someone would order something delivered to a PO Box with either UPS or FedEx as the carrier. We'd find this out at the end of the day when the order was done. Send order to customer service. CS has to call customer and they don't answer, leave a message, etc. Now the customer is upset because their order is late. They want to cancel or for it to be discounted or free or for us to eat the expedited shipping, because they didn't read the large type.But of course UPS, FedEx etc. won't accept a PO Box address.
Not fine print. We had the information, "UPS and FedEx will not deliver to PO Boxes" in large type.
