Garage didn't leak, but my coop shoes did

The coop shoes are easier to deal with, I'll bet.

We had a bit of a pond in the side yard. I thought about wading through it to see if my coop boots were waterproof, but I didn't.

Count me in for coffee well a beer at the moment.. First let me say thank you for your service, I started in the Army but got hurt and washed out, after recovery became a firefighter here in Florida for 30 years mostly on an ALS rescue though I had my fair share of fires and other assorted hazards. I am now retired. 15 years.

I whish I had found this thread when I first posted, its listed under I have to vent. Showing my struggles to get through the application process for BYC permitting. Its now day three and am still waiting to hear back, maybe this Friday. I'm allowed 4 girls and a pen 100 square feet and coop will be my choice of 20 sqft. 4x5. I'm new to chickens and am learning a lot from BYC and folks on you tube.

The journey is fun looking forward to what will happen next.

Stay away from YouTube for your chicken education. I've seen a lot of garbage there.

Yes. They actually dried out overnight, was surprised.

Was foggy this morning, it looked cool. Drizzle on and off all day.

Found that same broody in nest the other night put her in crate and found an egg in there the next morning..oops...but she was ticking so I left her in there.

Good Morning All,

I will be drinking lots of coffee today. I stayed up really really late so that when I finally go to sleep, I will have an uninterrupted sleep and I did have a good sleep, but it was so short and now I am very sleepy.

We got a few drops of rain this morning, enough to have me run back inside the house, but then it stopped. So glad it stopped!

I am going drink another cup of coffee first then cook breakfast.

Howdy, to late for coffee! Today was a MORF day and then did a chore for DAF and then went for a walk with DH. It kinda started to smell like spring, but then it started cooling down again.
The snow is really melting this week.
