Grandpa thread won't get deleted. No date set for the other ones to be deleted, but please know we will try not to delete threads that have useful info in them.

Is there a reason people don't want to lose their counts. Do you win a new car or home when you get to 10,000 or something?

I won't be greedy, no mansion for me, just a nice little log cabin tucked against the side of a mountain with a little stream loaded with fish nearby and enough yard to have my dogs and my chickens.......

....so how many posts will it take for that???!!!​

However, I think that is a wonderful area to remove older posts from because there is little gain for the space used on those. I'd say just post a prominent warning in the BST section and then we will know to write down chicklets birthdates or whatever other personally useful info might be in those threads.

Suggestion for removal as there is a whole other website dedicated to tracking this with it's own forum: www.gasbuddy.com

When removing, we are not just taking out things that can be found at other sites. Indeed, we encourage general conversation and info. We want our members here.
The only things we discourage are politics, animal activism and other topics that soon become inflammatory.
