What if my aloe got these?

Because it has before and I have no idea what they are

They Are flowers on the flower stalk, means it has enough light.

Yup. I've read it's easy to grow them from seed.

They're good, they got too much water the other day, I thought I'd pulled out the plug in the bottom of they're pot but I didn't, so when it rained the other day it just collected in the pot

Poor aloes..
I'm glad it didn't hailstorm by my home, but it did on the other side of town. Don't want any plants getting hit. One time in a storm, one of our nectarine trees fell over
