If you're ever in Nor-Cal, the Seed Bank in Petaluma is a trip.... Bakers Seeds bought the old bank building in the center of town and converted it into a seed store, which is kind of set up like a library. And the folks there are VERY helpful.

The only drawback I found is that I was forever explaining the surplus produce I was trying to give away because I went for some of the less known (French) heirlooms.

I found their seed viability and sproutfulness to be excellent.
