what do you mean by brown is an open color?

do you mean that it's more of a topping than an actual color? where white is the base, blue is dominant over white, but brown is more of an alteration on either the white or blue?

I meant people don't know the genetics behind the brown they have anyways, so you shouldn't have to add the ability to do that.
