We can nominate 4 people per month (12 per quarter).

Awards are given:
January (for months October, November, December)
April (for months January, February, March)
July (for months April, May, June)
October (for months July, August, September)

January, February, March - First Quarter
April, May, June - Second Quarter
July, August, September - Third Quarter
October, November, December - Fourth Quarter

You can nominate 4 *different* people per month, another four the next month, then another four the third month (12 different people per quarter).

I have several people in mind to nominate for the 'friend' award. No one comes to mind for the other awards. I already nominated my Friend awardee for this month, but I didn't nominate anyone last month or the month before that. My question is, would it be cheating/against the rules to nominate 3+ Friends for the quarter?
