I have not read through all 140+ pages of this so my be repeating an issue that has already been identified.

Quoting/replying to a comment that has multiple quotes and comments itself is not working properly.

• Only the last comment get carried forward. Comments above that are missing.
• Oddly email alerts do contain all comments.

I have an example of this including the email if it is of use,

I like the new version very much, great job!!!

@aart @casportpony I guess my post was not clear. I know quotes are not carried.

1. I was referring to situation where a new post has multiple quotes and separate comments for each quote. In principal all comments should carry forward, they do not.
2. Secondly the email I received DOES carry both the quotes and their individual comments and when I look at the online post the 1st comment does NOT appear.

As I said I can provide the email I received and refer you to the post with the missing comment. I acknowledge the circumstance that a person could make a comment on a quote and then remove it but I doubt that is this situation you would have to ask the person who made the post.

I did not do it, someone else did. In fact they quoted me and you in the example I have.

No, as far as I know one cannot reply to an email,there is an option to "View this Thread", one then replies from the application per normal process.
