How do I insert a bookmark in a post?

To insert them in a post I think you need to copy/paste the link.

Even I can answer that okay so look at the window of the one you want to bookmark, on the right of the window see the message number ? next item is bookmark

But how do you put it in a post is my issue
But thanks , might help someone that doesn't know how to bookmark a post
