Does anyone make the hard fudge that breaks in pieces but will melt in your mouth? I can't make fudge but I sure would buy some of this kind. Haven't had any in years. Most fudge now is soft. I like the hard kind.

My fudge is fairly hard when refrigerated. It does go a bit soft at room temp, but it is creamy.

Poohbear, I pm'd you a fudge recipe that you can easily make and will probably be what you are looking for. It's my famous Kahlua fudge recipe. It's the recipe i used for this swap. I have made it for years, and it is very popular at Christmas.
