I am thinking Sauerbraten, serbisches reis fleisch(serbian ice/meat dish) sczegediner goulash and someother stews or slow cooker recipes, maybe some baking recipes. Basicl. let me know if there is anything special you are looking for and i will check. The bavarian cookbook is the german version of the "Joy of cooking"

I pm'ed size8003 a few days and just heard from her. She said she's been busy and will be getting hers out ASAP.
