BYC's 14th Annual New Year's Day Hatch-Along - 2023
Winter Photography Contest
Ends February 28th, 2023​

Winter means many things to many people. It might be relaxing around a warm fire covered in blankets, hot beverages to sip with friends and family, fresh powder, shredding a downhill, maybe even hanging out at the beach and taking in some sun. Show us what winter means to you! Get creative, and take home a prize! This contest is not for pictures of chickens or other poultry—if you have winter-themed photographs of your fine feathered friends, please enter them HERE.

Prizes

Place	Prize
First	$50 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 1-year PFM ($60 value) for yourself or a friend.
Second	$30 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 6-month PFM ($35 value) for yourself or a friend.
Third	$15 BYC Store Gift Certificate or a 3-month PFM ($20 value) for yourself or a friend.
Fourth	1-month PFM, or a BYC 2023 Calendar, or a size medium "Chillin With My Peeps" Unisex Tee, in black or blue.

BYC Store Gift Certificates, t-shirts, & calendars are available to winners in the United States. If the winners are outside the United States, they will be awarded the PFM instead.

How to enter:
It's easy to enter, just reply to this thread with pictures of your winter-themed photos.

To increase your chances of winning, please read the rules before entering.

Rules:

1. An entry is one winter-themed photo.
2. Members may enter up to four times. (Only one entry per post, please.).
3. No poultry allowed. Posts containing poultry will be moved to the appropriate contest.
4. The picture needs to have been taken by you.
5. Images that have been resized might be disqualified if they are too small to judge.
6. No screenshots, watermarks, date stamps, text, etc. on the picture. No collages.
7. High-quality images are recommended. Basic editing, such as cropping and other subtle changes are allowed.
8. ALL pictures MUST be uploaded to BYC and not hosted on other image sites, personal websites, etc.
9. Prizes are limited to one per person per contest.
10. All BYC rules apply: Terms of Service (Rules)
11. Entries will be accepted until February 28th, 2023, at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

We don't always have snow, but when we do, it's spectacular. This is 10 minutes from home, I look out on these mountains from my home office window.
