It used to be that everyone would browse the web using a desktop computer and later laptops. Formatting for the relatively narrow range of screen sizes was fairly easy then. Now with phones, tablets, etc, there is a wide range of screen sizes to deal with. What looks good on your desktop often won't work on smaller screens. Consequently, web sites have been slowly adjusting to more intelligently reformat based on your browser and screen size. This was one of the changes included with the recent upgrade.

A friend of mine, RodNTN (for some reason I can't tag her?) is not able to post anywhere but in conversations (PMs). It has been like this for a few days - she gets a error about her account needing to receive confirmation.

Something that seems minor but that is a REALLY useful new feature - when you are tagging someone, it also shows the avatar next to the name. So many folks have similar user names that it really helps to know you're tagging the right person.

Would someone explain what tagging someone one means?
