Took more pictures yesterday of the OE #1 project offspring. I thought you would appreciate pictures since you both have younger birds. Sorry the pictures are soo bad. He looks alot more like a crele pene (mom) to me than Cream Legbar (dad). There is a chance his mom could be Partridge Pene, but those white legs scream Crele, don't you think? I no longer have the Part. Pene with this group so from now on there won't be any question who the mom is.
Here is a picture of the purebred Crele Pene rooster I lost last year. I wish I had photos of him as a juvie to compare. I remember it took forever for his tail to grow this big. Oh, I miss that boy.
Here are one of the OE #1 pullets. She is only 10 weeks. Ron, how old are your girls? About the same age if I remember.

. I took the girls out & placed them on the roost. I made them their own nesting box. I hope it doesn't made Ginger too upset; she's the biggest though. I guess they will work it out.
