I know exactly how you are feeling. My avatar is from my first hatch, she was an assisted hatch but she and her sister are so sweet.

Getting closer to actually getting to get some chickens--predator proofing was finished today! Now I just need to make the roosts, feeder (salvaged 10 feet of 3 inch pvc pipe

), and waterer--and figure out how to keep the deep litter from composting the coop itself...

Ha ha me too.. but I don't have the goat yet... sure want one.. and have the pen half done... but just dreading the stink eye from the other half

Woke up this morning to a beautiful healthy Breda chick! Actually I woke up at 2:00am from her peeping.

But, it appears she's either a blue or a black.
