They are quieter and the crow does not sound like a complete crow. Brand, the partridge Pene does not crow much anymore. The Crele boy still crows a bunch though...The Pita Boy is quieter too. I repaired his collar yesterday.

This would not be humane by any means.

Why are you needing to dispatch the bird? There are much less cruel and gruesome methods.

She has a horrible pus-filled eye. It's huge. I'm sure she's suffering. She's 5 years old & lived a good life

Do you have a hatchet? We just cut off the head with a swift swing on a block of wood just like in the movies:/ then put them in a bag because they jostle around. Or if we are doing it to process them, we take a really sharp knife and cut the main artery under the jawline
