Love all the great pictures!!! Babies, chickens, and eggs! Does it get better?

Update on my eggs. I candled and removed 4 of the ones due to hatch on the 3rd (I also have 2 due to hatch on the 5th that look good) the 4 weren't developed like the others. I added the plastic tray with cut up egg cartons in the place where I removed the turner rows and that's what the 8 eggs are in now. I think everything is right.

As far as my Serama eggs and one CLB egg 5 of the 9 (the other 4 are clear) Seramas eggs look to be developing well and the CLB is developing too.

I'm so excited! AND if my Serama eggs hatch I will die of overcoming joy! ok overboard I know.... But WOW I'm thrilled!

@ronott1 just candled tge double yolk egg and its doing amazing so far both yolks have good veining one is a bit smaller then the other though. the EE egg we have is growing to but it looks as though the embryo is stuck to the side? its off to one side but has veining and everything. how would u know if it died?

Finally got a few of my gold laced orp boy. He's pretty but seems to go a bit overboard of his duties with the hens,

If it was dead, the veins would not be there and the egg would look bad inside.

It is likely fine.

I hope the double yolked egg keeps going! Very exciting.
