I had a friend that used to live in Gilroy and she always went to the garlic festival. I never hit it right when I visited her to go. I LOVE garlic!

I miss the Gilroy garlic aka Christopher Ranch. Garlic out here is def not the same. It is smaller and not as flavorful. I think it comes from Florida. I never officially attended the festival but did work it. It was always a blast workin the food alley.

That is so funny!

I moved 44 to a genesis for hatching. There are 10 eggs left so that says around 34 have hatched. I still have pips and chirping in the eggs. I will give them until I get home and then peal them out.

There are too many form my eco glow 20 LOL. I need to set up a heat lamp until they go to winters.

Hi, I don't think I've posted in this thread before but I am from Acampo. I just got started in chickens last April. I went in on a friend's order to get 6 SLW. Well, wouldn't you know it, my friend offered me one of the extra chicks in the order, a barred rock, and I couldn't say no. Right off the bat that "chicken math" got to me. LOL Then I was looking around on craigslist and found an ad for some local orpingtons and went and picked up three of them, two of which ended up being roosters. We are enjoying our chickens immensely and now I want to hatch some out and add some that lay different colored eggs too. The problem I have now is that I need a bigger coop.

Haha! I have two boxers and their exactly like that jus add that they think their lap dogs!

I miss my Boxers teribly we had them for years. Nothing like a Boxer lap dog. Now we have old dogs..Our Boxers never made it to old dog status.
