How cute is that? And she's already stepped in a can of paint!

Angel TV:

To bad I can't trust her when they get older.

I was wondering in the earlier pictures - you have a broody fish tank? How cool is THAT! Chick TV! I need to get that channel in my living room!

Cute doggie too. I had to train my dog to be subservient to the chickens - I made her lie down and then put the chickies on top of her so they walked all over her - and every time she reacted I made her lie down and not move again.. until she was relaxed and only just looked at them.. it finally worked.

Angel is the Anti-Golden. Hates strangers, going for rides, fence fights, the whole nine yards! She was pacing under the incubator when they were peeping, every time she gets out to the laundry room she will stand stone still watching the chicks.

The fish tank is only temporary, we've been working on a broody room off the shop but since the temp. hasn't gotten over freezing for a week moving them out has been put on hold. Figured since there are only three of them it should work for a little while. DH also having allergy issues and just put towels in the bottom so there wasn't any dust.

I was just checking the Siskiyou County CL.  It is probably some one on here, but they are selling BCM eggs.  I know chickengirl was looking for pullets earlier and these are only eggs.
Hey! Thank you for thinking of me :) I have 1 hen and it's her eggs I'm selling on CL I want to make a little $ because I just bought
10 silver laced Wyandottes! Lol I really would just like another BCM puller or 2 to get some more eggs to sell and incubate. But I need to be patient and wait for my own chicks to grow I have some cooking now

I'll keep my eyes open on this side of the line. Not may chickens up here other than hatchery birds but sometimes I see them.

Ah, yes - chick dander is awful for allergies. I wonder if putting an air filter on the top of the fish tank to filter the air coming out might help? I think the fish tank is a neat idea - because I can spend hour watching chicks play....
