Niice ron!
I make them by grabbing a scrap of non stretch cotton, measuring the roosters neck with my fingers , cut to size and see on hook and loop. The feathers cover them. They still crow.... It will have to be trial and error with your guys.I'm bringing this post forward that @Audio51 posted. I'm curious what some of you think. I have no need as my coops are a good distance from my house or any neighbors.
Ohhhh. That was super cool . Movement was so great. I love to see that but it's hard not to stare and then leave them out too long ! Idk if it was the brinsea brightness but it looked a little porous? I cross my fingers on seeing development on those. Your a master of incubation! Lol thank you for the video. As Promised, The Candling Video is ready! This is a New heritage Delaware from KathyinMo form @capayvalleychick 's flock:
Do any of the feed stores in your area carry King Feed? They have a non-GMO corn & soy free feed. I've been paying around $22/50 lb for it.What makes it even more fun is that she's a boxer, and, like a lot of boxers, she's allergic to corn--I'm pretty sure not all the corn in the feed is digested, and corn-free feed's a bit too rich for my pocket.
Nice! I do love the background! It sounds like we have similar literary tastes. Robert Jordan and Dean Koontz are two of my favorite authors. Amazon has the pre-release of the Odd Thomas movie and I'm trying really hard to resist the temptation to rent it.As Promised, The Candling Video is ready!

You might try asking your feed store to carry it! I know that they are actively seeking new accounts!*Checks dealers on King Feed's website*
Nope, the closest is over 4 hours away. I could see if that mill up in Center Point makes a corn free feed, though--Parkway Feed carries it, or at least it did before the fire...

For those of you that have multiple breeds that you need to keep eggs separate...what do you use to gather eggs? I use an egg flat carton but I was just curious what others do. Is there a special basket that keeps them separate
