I tried the rice thing amd hes snuggled up against it and he did poo so im guessing thats good. he still hasnt opened his eyes though

Give him some time. I would try not to hover too much if you can. I know you are really worried about him, but I would get him set with what you can do and then just let him rest. Overhandling can create more stress for him and be counter-productive. I would just visually check him and try not to pick him up or pet him. It sounds like you have done what you can an time is what he needs. I would rewarm the rice just before bed though. I will keep my fingers crossed for you both!

Im trying not to handle him alot hes chirping a little more and i looked a little closer at his eyes and it looked like he had goop in them (like what dogs get sometimes) and i washed it off carefully.

It is a bit soon for cocci. They usually have to get it from the environment and then have it build up a load.

I am very sure that it is from getting cold in shipping.

Well atleast it isnt cocci that started to worry me. hes in the brooder with the others and im trying to not go back and pick him up im trying to just leave him there and let him rest

I have met people at rest areas or feed stores to deliver chicks. My gripe is the no-shows or the perpetual "running a little late" people. Very few GPS systems can even find the street we live on so aside from biosecurity meeting at a neutral location works much better.

I've delivered chicks in the Starbuck's parking lot. You get a lot of funny looks.
