So neat!!One of my clients' sushi chef boyfriend buys my Ko Shamo eggs for $ 4.00 each when I have some to spare, to make Ko Shamo Egg Sushi. The tiny Ko Shamos are very prolific egg layers, and they are respectfully large for their size. Their eggs are held on a high esteem by the Japanese. I am a vegetarian; eggs (infertile) have always been my, and many vegetarian friends' main source of protein.
