April 16, 2014 - The Purina Animal Nutrition LLC feed plant in Portland, Ore., has initiated a limited recall of certain poultry feeds due to the potential for lower-than-expected vitamin and trace mineral levels. The products were distributed to retailers in Oregon and Washington.
Inadequate vitamin and trace mineral levels can result in health problems, including mortality, in poultry. No customer complaints have been received to date.

)))) took the pita pintas, faverolle, bresse, fbcm, and od out to the spare dog crate. They were in heaven . Everyone came to say hello and they ran in and out introducing themselves. Charles Wallace ( od cockerel ) supervised visitation very nicely. So happy to have the friendly flock. Now to find a coop... Dh WILL pass out if I add one more thing to his plate.
