No, I don't know those neighbors. They live on the court that is at the very back of our property. It's about an 8 block walk! We have 5 neighbors that share fence with us and the section we share with them is not very long.

Frontline just seems like such an expensive way to go, especially if you have very many birds or need to treat very often. How do you control the number and size of drops? I also need to do my 2 remaining meat birds. Is there a witholding time for meat or eggs with it?

works through the skin glands so should be no with holding.
im not a fan of dusting animals with pesticides regardless if they say there ok.

I did a drop under the wings and near the vent,
With the spray I just sprayed once under each wing

I wonder if the guy was casing your neighbors. Or if he was looking into your yard specifically then may have been looking for the source of the crowing. My first thought was that the guy was casing your neighbors house.
