I'm wanting to sell off some birds to open up space to bring new ones into the flock. Would anyone be interested in a Splash Andalusian with two different eyes for a breeding project? I would be interested in seeing if her offspring had different colored eyes, too. One of her eyes is green and the other is half green half black.

The top pictures looks more like a male and a female. The bottom picture the top chick is a CL boy, the bottom chick, if that is a CL, I'd say boy. But it doesn't particularly look like a CL to me. At least not any of the ones I've hatched.

Ive seen some pics of girls with the headspots and lighter chipmunk stripes. They all came from Rebecca's (@Cacklejoy) blue eggs.

As a group they are quite vocal

If any of you are looking for hatchery pullets, Silva Ranches in San Martin has a bunch that are almost fully feathered for less than $2.50 each. Unlike the other feedstore near me, all of these look really healthy! They also have healthy looking turkey poults, but I don't know how much those are.

Here's the hen I'm considering selling to a home where she'll be used in a breeding project to see if these beautiful eyes are genetic. If they are, I can only imagine the cool eyes you could breed from her and her offspring.
(She needs a bath, as you can see she's a Splash Andalusian - supposed to be white with blue splotches but nope, she's been dustbathing so she's white & BROWN with blue splotches lol!!)

A bear broke In On a side of the yard the the motion detector does not reach and before we could locate her she ate 2 pita pinta , 3 olandsk and a faverolle - all hens . :-(((((((((. Finally decided to go for the hot wire on top fence runner now to figure how to ground it so it gets them when they're not touching the ground. They kind of hop up the post

My due date was pushed back and I can't tell you how crazy it has made me. However who can negotiate the timing of God? Lol so here I sit with quail hatching before me!!!!! Oh well. 4th of July is only around the corner.

I wouldn't trust the doctors too much on moved due dates. With my daughter, they moved her due date in the third trimester. Swore up and down there was absolutely no way I could carry her past the second week of July, she was HUGE and clearly further along than we had thought. Yeah, she was born August 15th, a month later than 'possible', and was just 8 lbs- a good size baby, but not the monster they thought. Ultrasound measurement and dating estimates are not perfect.

A new comer to this thread ( I can't remember who but it was a couple of days ago) was wanting D'uccles but not Mille Fleur. There are porcelain eggs on the crazy 24 hour auction just posted today if he is interested.
