Yes, they are closed by invitation--very restricted. The content on them is not available without the permission of the owners of the page. It is not like BYC where content is searchable via Google.

An example is wanting to build a notwaste bucket feeder. A BYC thread shows up quickly for building one. If it were on a restricted facebook page, It would not be found.

The surgery was a success! There are 4 parathyroid glands that are close to the thyroid, each one is the size of a grain of rice. The Surgeon found and removed a tumor on one that was the size of the last joint on your little finger.

That is a big one!

Her bone and joint pain is gone already. She can walk up the stairs, lift her leg to get into the car and can walk normally now. The other symptoms take longer to resolve. Some take a week or two, Mental slowness and neurological issues take a month or two. The Osteoporosis will be gone in about two years.

This is a serious problem that should never be watched. A blood calcium level above 10.2 is almost always caused by a tumor.

I've frozen dough often but I didn't know you could freeze eggs!

So I'm not sure how but there are methods of scrambling and adding salt. I've also heard without salt but eggs are gummier.
Then you use ice trays. But I don't know how well those methods work (and exact method of doing so)

I have been away working on my fence at the bottom of my property below my chicken runs a half area garden area I finished and a half area extremely secure goat yard.
posts and t posts about 6 1/2 ft apart High Strength Hi tensile Fixed knot no climb ( this is the very best fencing you can get for your next chicken run ) fencing secure to concrete stakes.
concrete speed bumps under the gates and i ended up putting headers over the gates not in the pictures.

Why did I do all this?
This should keep the coyotes away from my next free ranging flock. also we got a few goats . Including Izzie our San Clemente Island Doe.
we are getting a boy to probably wether unless i want to deal with a building a buck pen.
