Heres a very bad quality picture of the new bitties. 17 EO Basque and 6 Lav Orps. About the auto watering system I think I'm gonna go with nipples. Mainly. I might get a few cups also. But the nipples seem like they are way easier/faster to install. Congrats on all the CL And Wyndotte eggs papabrooder and miss Molly!

Ha! Yeah I have been gradually trying to slow myself down...trying to sell more eggs for a while and only hatch what I want to grow out to have for spring...finally gonna sell some birds and make a bit of space... and I'm headed down to sacramento next week so gonna try to sell some roos but if they don't sell it's processing time.  :-( gonna reduce by at least 20.

I sold 20 roosters last week

Hey Jeff, I have a extra Black Orp Rooster that carries the Choclate Gene. I don't need him because I have two Chocolate Rooster. If you breed him with a Black Hen, you get 50% Chocolate 50% Black Chicks

The reason I decided to not go the cups, is I would think you'd have to periodically take them down and rub the dirt out of them.

For an extra water source I have the dog bowls with this auto refill float system..I love them.. If I mess up, they got my back

So.....first thing this morning when I turned on the news I see another bad fire in Lake Co....anyone have more info on where it is ?
In the photos looked like pine forest in hills, so I am guessing it is towards Napa ?
