Call duck making clicking noise. Help!!!!

My call ducks are 3 days old and one is making a weird clicking noise. It almost sounds like radio crackling. He is eating and drinking. Just a little less active than the other ones. What could it be and how do I treat?!?

Are they all able to dip their heads into water to clean out the nares?......Ducklings require deeper water and water at all times to eat food or they choke.....

Yes the water is deep enough. I actually put some polyvisol in some water and kept dipping his bill in and saw bubbles come out of his nares but he didn't flush them out on his own.

Hmmmmmm.... Repost on the Duck threads.....Not sure if that is safe to give Ducklings or not....You will get way more help under Ducks....
