Aww sorry you lost one too. I am very excited for you! Mine are definitely still small! They were so tiny when they first came. Where did you order yours from?

The call ducklings have grown so much! I have a couple of questions as well. The little grey one has green feathers in its back and head. Does this mean that it’s most likely a drake? Also is there a difference in coloration between the male and female in black bibbed call ducks? I’ve attached a picture of the grey ducklings’s head! The photo doesn’t show the color very good but it is definitely metallic green. Thank you!

No, contrary to popular belief that is not an accurate way of sexing them, I've had many females with the green sheen.
