Call duck with sinus infection and lost voice.

My call duck has been suffering with a sinus infection for some weeks now. We visited the vets and they prescribed antibiotics and anti inflammatory twice a day for three weeks. We managed a week and now he won’t come to me making it impossible to administer the medication! He lost his quack 3 weeks ago.

Pond photo is recent. As you can see when on the pond I can’t get him, I put food down and usually he would come over while I was there and I’d grab him to give medicine but now he won’t come over until I’m over the over side of the fence.

I'm sorry your duck is sick. You really need to get him off the pond and keep him off until he has taken all his meds. Sinus or any other kind of infection shouldn't be ignored. I know you want to help him and aren't ignoring his sickness but you need to figure out a way to get him so you can treat him.
