Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Humm interesting because at the time I hatch that one I had absolutely no whites not even bibbs she was from my chocolate call with my grey call lol.

You must have some mixed genes in them. Something recessive. Like 2 brown eyed people having a green eyed child

Hm guess people just label them whatever they want to. They looked just like some advertised as Australian spotted. Guess that person didn't know what they were talking about! See this is why I love you guys. Lol

Ok here's something interesting, someone is telling me that they are going to use there Cochin Hen to hatch out some Call duck eggs. HUMMM, I don't see how this will work. A cochin can not sponge or mist the eggs nor will it sit for 26 days, there breaking period is 21? What are your guys opinion on this?

This person is telling me that her friends have been doing it this way... I think someone maybe fibbing?

Humm I'm reading some post about Cochins hatching out ducks. LOL interesting, they are fine up until they dry off then you have to take the ducks away. I know I tried this with one of my hens only to have a failed hatching. So this is quite interesting that someone else has tried it and was successful at it..

Real nice! I bet she will make real interesting colors. Maybe a whole new color altogether. It can be hard figuring out colors when they are a bit off.

Does anyone have any idea what show quality call ducks should cost? I found some real nice ones. what do you think about these?
