Call Ducks Finally Hatched

Well I have just woken up and there is no crack yet on either eggs :-(

Due date is today when I shine the light into the incubator onto the eggs I can still see beaks cheeping, and one is still making a noise.

I made a safe hole 48 hours after the internal pip. Jamie pipped 3 days early. But she started zipping on her due date. She  or he was the last egg started in my my old hoverbator incubator. All the rest were started in my new one. None of them seem sticky. I will see on Sunday. 2 calls look good, and 4 indies, and one I think will be a whistling duck. I will find out for sure on the others on Tuesday. one got a crack, but I put  tape on it, but it is still moving, and looks good.

The nest boxes I made for the mandarins are being used by the whistling ducks, so I will have To make more. 

So exciting!!!! Can't wait to see what you hatch out.

Lol my guys are quick!!! Yesterday was due date... I made safe holes on all cause they were internally pipped. Checked them at midnight, none were externally pipped. Woke up at 8 am to a baby in the bator and the other two externally pipped!!! Woohoo! First one out is a grey.
