I have a running empty incubater, should I put this egg in to it?

Why? mommy is taken care of it, just flip the shell off so that his head comes out?? She doesn't really need you doing her job. LOL

THAT DOES NOT LOOK LIKE HIS WORK!! that looks more like it got stomped on or smashed. Can you candle him, check to see if he's alive. Check for blood...... if it was his work the shell should be push towards us not inward...

but I would flick a piece off to see if you can see his beak, if so, your safe to take the top off, if not leave him. Candle him first though

He's NOT ready to much blood, keep him in the bator, raise the humidity up to about 65-70 temp 100

You guys helped me out back the end of April with ducks hatching. My husband hatched out two and they just spent their first night outside. My question is, one is much larger than the other, is that normal? I'm not sure what colors they are or sex at this point. I do not think they are noisy at all, but then we have guineas so....

Could be genetics, could be from two different parents, a smaller size parent versus a bigger size. I wouldn't worry about it much

I have a question.. I had a hen that went broody but because she was with the others they kept wrecking the nest and the eggs were all over the place so I took them away, my question is, how canny tell what day they are on? Because I'd have no idea...
