Of course their are fantastic Mares..Your lucky.
Some need hormones to calm the cycles...She was my step Dads horse and I took her..She started kicking Kupid too much and dented my gate. Poor Kupuid had huge bite marks too.

Thats what i keep telling myself! My mother had a very nice gelding palamino in with mine that had to be put down since one of my nastier mares (which is now dog food) had kicked him in the jaw and got an infection from, that poor thing was a great horse and perfect for beginners.

Cold again this morning although not as bad as yesterday. All Birds are fine..Was out watering everyone at 6am..

-15C at 7:10.. it's suppose to get slightly warmer after today going into -9C tomorrow but snowing... Thank god it's been sunny though! I'm off to check on my pheasants real quick... My male had broke his wing so i've been wrapping it up and making sure he's eating/drinking.

I candled my Call eggs...7 are viable so far out of 15..I think some got too cold before I collected them?..Oh well..Fingers crossed I can fill this order...
