Mine came this evening.

:weee:celebrate
I was coming back in the house from the back yard and with the christmas light on in front I didn't see the ups driver walking up to the door.. He scared the living day light out of me even though I heard the truck drive up while I was walking from back yard.

Have most of you found that you are having to adjust the temp a little from factory setting?
Out of the box mine read about 97.5º-98º after at least an hour. It is sitting in a basement that is 60ºF. I have turned it a quarter turn to see where that gets me. 1/4 turn is supposed to be equal to 2ºF...I reply back with what I find.

So...because some are going to need to plan egg acquisition before our hatch what does everyone think about aiming for the 1st if January? Is that enough turn around for those in other hatches or should we move it later? I am fine with whatever.

Yes i did a quarter turn and left it for a few hours but then it went to high so went back half that amount and it is going great now at 99.5

Randall Burkey still has the Brinsea Octagon 20 Eco with turner listed on its website for 239.99. Don't know if this helps, just thought I'd pass it along.

WOW That is $100 more than I paid for mine from the Brinsea site.

I guess when the supply goes down, the price goes up. Kinda stinks.
