I call them treats, but according to DS2, fresh greens are necessary (according to your oxbow label 70% hay, 20% complete pellet, and 10% fresh)I don't believe in treats.
I have not yet figured out the correct way to feed a rabbit but I guarantee you I will not be giving treats often.
Now if it's not an actual treat but something they need everyday then I can deal with that but f words to treats.
