We got no snow from the system you got, but we got 3" on Monday. None of our chickens would go out all day, but the next day there were bare patches and they finally went out. Yesterday morning it was only 6º but warmed up to freezing and most of the snow melted.

I worked on the new coop a bit and we had shrimp and salad for dinner lol.

Got one of the new ventilation louvers installed the other day and the second one finished.

I currently have some mixed breed rabbits that have been carefully selected for ability to rapidly convert weeds and natural forage into rabbit meat, large litter sizes, good meat/bone ratio, and good pelt quality.
I am looking to trade a few for some new pullets, more rabbit cages, rabbits that are unrelated to my herd, a pair of muscovy ducks, quail, or some good quality grass hay.

Tell us where you live....if you are in SW MO, there's a poultry swap in Joplin this Saturday. (first Sat. of each month at Turkey Creek Feed.) And people sell rabbits there.

That storm was a beast last night. Hope everyone made it through unscathed. Had 2 tress in my yard fall across my driveway, at least one other fall in my woods and I moved 4 trees out of the road. Needless to say, it was not easy to get to town today.
