I LOVE your avitar!!!!

I also love tats, and piercings.. I was "new wave" in highschool.. everything I owned was black or white. I love to go out and dress the freak, though I am pretty conservative in my day to day life.

Well, I don't like horror, and I wanted to do goth, but my mom wouldn't allow it (long story, but eventually it was beaten out of me). So I lived vicariously through my best friend in high school. I am a hard-core vampire, were-wolf, and paranormal lover though. I can read one book a day, and just sold most of my library on ebay. Didn't want to, but am moving and the cash comes in handy. (sigh, I miss reading some of them). I totally believe my middle daughter will be goth, and I will support her if she does. She has this ability to wear anything, and everyone else will imitate her. You should see when she goes to school in blue camo pants with purple and pink striped top. It becomes the latest thing in her school!

I hid my ripped up fishnet in my backpack and put em on when i got to school.

I do portraits too. Not enough people in my area that are down or I'd do horror pin ups too.

My mom never really said anything except when I shaved off my eyebrows right before going out with them.
My step dads only comment was 'hasn't your hair been 3 colors this week?' lol
They always thought it was better than me getting knocked up or being a pot head like everyone else I went to school with

My son came home very shocked from school last year to say a kid had dyed their hair green. He seemed to think this was something "new" My hubby laughed and told him "Your Mum graduated High School with a purple mohawk and when I met her she was wearing a mini skirt and combat boots"

Poor kid about fell out of his chair!

I'm also a HUGE Medieval nut, SCA, Renaissance Fairs, my house is decorated in a Medieval Theme.

Hot Topic.. I love Hot Topic... I think I'm the only 34 year old in Shreveport who shops there for HERSELF, and not her kids! (Though I do buy things for my son there too)
