There is blood on her head, and it looks like on her body too, shes not bloody, just, really really bad

Sorry to hear about Molly

You see blood on her head and on her body. Can you look closer for wounds, punctures, cuts?
Photos of the wounds may be helpful. (For Ducks, often you need to pluck or cut feathers from around the wounds so you can see and treat them better).

I don't know a lot about Ducks, but I agree, getting her through shock as suggested by previous posters is a very good idea.

She's moving her bill and making a noise every time she breaths? Can you feel her body for any air bubbles under the skin (please look for punctures).
A video of what she sounds like may be helpful - hard to know if the noise could be due to distress, puncture, ruptured air sac or aspiration (you had to fish her out of water).

To add... Keep her warm, 80°F, in a dimly lit area. She is probably in shock. Use a heat lamp, infra red, if you have it.

Sounds like real good info already given so I'll just say I will be praying Molly makes it.
Please look her over real good to make sure she hasn't any serious wounds that need to be treated.

I agree with everything that's been suggested so far. The most critical part is warming her up and getting her out of shock. If you need to, use a hair dryer on the lowest setting.

I want to update on my Molly, shes moving around now i actually think shes going to make it. Maybe she was really concussed, i cant believe shes alive. I really thought she was gone, especially when she was on her back in the pond with her legs up. I could tellshe was alive only because she was blinking. She is standing up now.
